EDGARD acts as an intermediary through a B2B transactional platform to aggregate and market available seats on charter segments operated by regional air carriers. In order to comply with applicable regulations, these seats are exclusively intended for members of the Edgard community, i.e. legal entities ("Employer") that employ individuals who are required to travel on behalf of the Employer from time to time.

There are three different rates for membership:
Membership #1: $345.99 before taxes up to 50 employees
Membership #2: $595.99 before taxes from 51 to 249 employees
Membership #3: $995.99 before taxes over 250 employees
